How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes. This includes your order number, items purchased, and shipping details. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@beautywavez.com right away. We'll do our best to help. Once your order has been shipped, we can’t make changes to the address.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, BeautyWavez ships exclusively within the United States. We deliver to all 50 states, so wherever you are in the U.S., we’ve got you covered.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Orders take 1–2 business days to process. After that, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
